I don't know how she does it, but Jill Badonsky gets me to write poetry. Not just any poetry, but poetry that I love. And I don't even aspire to write poetry!
I just hope I am half as inspiring a coach as she is.
The Space Between

Her life was the space between
the space that she thought was unimportant
the space where her love presided
the space where she slept and worked
and ate and laughed . . . and cried
She thought her life was the characters,
the titles, the degrees
She thought that her life was
what was to come, the someday fame,
the someday recognition,
but she had it all mixed up
